Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

3. Shipping Methods & Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and VRL Logistics to ensure safe and timely delivery. The shipping method is selected based on location, order size, and urgency.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination.
For bulk orders above a certain value, free or discounted shipping may apply. Please inquire at the time of placing the order.

5. Delivery Time

Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–8 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen issues.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking ID and courier details via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

7. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

8. Pickup Option (Ludhiana Only)

Local buyers can opt for self-pickup from our Ludhiana warehouse. Please schedule a pickup time in advance with our team.
